• Be present or designate an authorized adult at the service location when required.
• Pay for completed approved services according to the quoted or agreed price.

7. Parts, Workmanship, and Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, we warrant our workmanship for a reasonable period consistent with industry practice for the specific service performed. Manufacturer warranties for locks, keys, or hardware remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty coverage may not apply to misuse, forced entry by others, pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or work altered by third parties.
